My review is about the Spa not the hotel. I went there for a massage with my friend. I was sure that we will have a quality time for the higher price we paid. (Compare to other massage places) However we felt a bit strange the whole experience was weird. Me and my friend got separated, I was led to room my friend was led to a gym room or similar with a massage bed in it. There were no music, no candles, no mood really. The masseur ladies were very nice but seemed unexperienced or maybe they were students. I felt that her movements were not finished or something was missing. When I was listening carefully I could hear a radio speaking in the other room. The whole experience was very odd. I was expecting better experience for the higher price they asked for.

Though this hotel is so called family friendly, there are no tv channelles except sport channels in the room ( really missing the kids channels), no bath robe for the kids either. The kids menu at dinner is poor. The playhouse closes early and neither the gamer section was working. The family rooms are located in the Aparthotel section of the hotel, which is a different building of the hotel far from the wellness and the restaurtant. The rooms are old fashioned, and outworn. One small pillow per each of us what we received.

Wonderful place, with excellent wellness, and really friendly and very helpful staff. The kitchen is excellent, everyone will find tasty food for themself. (also proper for various diets) For sure we will go back again with friends and family... Perfect place to spend with family and friends.

I am deeply dissapointed, since there was no communication about the wellness part being under renowation (season preparation), still took the full season price. On the other side, there was somekind of "college party" going on in the hotel, which was done accordingly to the law as they said , since they have ended it at 2 am. There is no problem with that. The problem started at 3 am at the students rooms, which was the "after party", so they were yelling and partying 'till 7 am while others would like to rest. This was also communicated and reported to the reception, in their words "Nothing can be done, if the guest is loud in there room." It was 3 am and went on untill 7 am , there were babies sleeping next to them, for crying out loud! So if you want to go to their hotel, please be advised, that they are not that much guest oriented, and communicative! I would reconsider, if only I had read the reviews!

Our experience was not that bad but - the Spa Premium Suite did not include anything, I mean no coffee machine, not even an electric kettle, - in the restaurant, rather plain dishes were performed from exquisite ingredients so the chef is obviously not the best of all, but - most importantly, hardly any of the employees were smiling - except of the very kind young lady bartender one of the older lady waiters in the restaurant and the chambermaids. On the other hand, the wellness was fairly good. Sincerely,

Wir waren einige Tage in diesem Hotel. Abgesehen dass es Samstags durch die vielen Kinder sehr Laut war fanden wir es angenehm. Jedoch am ersten Tag wurde unser Zimmer nicht gemacht. Ich meldete das, bei der sehr netten Dame, die mir erklärte dass das Reinigungspersonal nicht mehr im Hause sei. Sie dies jedoch weitergeben werde. Die nächten Tage war das Zimmerservice zwar da, jedoch wurde weder der Tisch noch die Rotweingläser gereinigt. Die Betten nur etwas zurechtgestreift. Der Gastrobereich war sehr gut!

Wir waren über Silvester in diesem Hotel. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, vor allem die Wasserwelt war toll und wir haben die einzelnen Pools sehr genossen. Das Essen im Rahmen der Halbpension war reichlich und gut, man findet immer etwas, das schmeckt. Leider gibt es auch Minuspunkte: die Zimmerreinigung funktioniert leider gar nicht, nach 4 Tagen hatten wir eine dicke Staubschicht auf der Minibar und den einzelnen Ablagen. Es wurden eigentlich nur die Betten gemacht. Am Tag vor der Abreise wurden noch die Handtücher getauscht - für mich absolut nicht notwendig! Wir hatten am 31.12. ein "GalaDinner". Dies war enttäuschend, es war eigentlich ein "Buffet". Da wir den letzten Tisch zugewiesen bekamen, waren einige Speisen bereit vergriffen - es wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Es gab außerdem ein Gedränge - jeder wollte der Erste sein. Bei einem Dinner hätte ich eigentlich erwartet, dass serviert wird. Es sollte auch eine Tombola geben- unser Tisch wurde geflissentlich übersehen - hier saßen ja nur "Ausländer". Informationen wurden auch nur auf ungarisch gegeben nur auf Reklamation erhielt man diese in Deutsch.
