The hotel did not get the best reviews, but it seems as though it might have been renovated recently and I was very happy with it. There was a great breakfast, nice clean updated room, big balcony overlooking the city... It was in a perfect location, across the street from Central Station, 5 minute walk to the centrum, and a couple blocks from the main beach boardwalk. Great place to stay, I would definitely recommend it.

The room is bleak and very basic. In contrast to the bathroom, which was spacious and looked quite new. The location is perfect, we could park for €11.50 for one day. Breakfast was provided, however, for a 4 * hotel you can surely expect fresh fruit. Both the rooms, corridors, lifts and outside had a poor impression. This hotel needs centanly a make over!

We stayed here for a weekend, and we were overall pleased .The staff was generally sweet and helpful. Hotel was generally very clean and quiet., Hotel is located on the boulevard, directly by the beach. An easy walk to the center of town--where good shops and some excellent restaurants are open year round. I found this hotel to have a great quality/price ratio and i will definetely stay there again.

Had the loft room, which has very nice view, everything was efficient and working well, staff was very kind and helpful. Overall a very nice room experience and perfect location Breakfast you should avoid there, better options by the beach.

Staff was helpful and friendly, except for first being offered an obviously smoked-in room (room 4k03) (they did swap it but then gave it to our friends, smelling of cleaning fluid). The rooms themselves were clean, bathrooms modern, but the building is dated. It's sadly rather bulky and unmissable on a great beachfront location. Good for the beach. Breakfast was disappointing: ingredients and options cheap, functional and underwhelming.

We stayed at the Palace Hotel for 3 nights during the Luminosity festival and have no complaints about the hotel at all. The hotel is located right on the beach, with plenty spaces in the secure car park, the reception staff were friendly & helpful, the room was a good size and very clean with an excellent shower. The restaurant/bar area of the hotel is also very clean and tidy and a nice relaxing place to spend some time. Breakfast provides everything you could need, the food was very good with plenty of choice and was never too busy when we were there. We were also very well looked after by the friendly bar staff one evening, sorry I can't remember the names but think the manager was from Bosnia? Their measures were definitely generous! Would we recommend the Palace Hotel? - definitely yes!

Kurzer Neujahrstrip nach zandvoort, Ich wusste das, dass Hotel von außen keine Schönheit ist. Das Personal gibt sich Mühe, aber alles in allem muss man leider sagen. Etwas alt und k.o Frühstücksraum viel zu kalt, und es zieht. Menge an essen geht so. Zimmer etwas zu eng und zu klein. Und das mit dem Bad und der Tür… naja Privatsphäre ist was anderes. Alles in allem für den Preis etwas zu wenig. Dennoch liebe ich zandvoort

Zondagavond kijken op de site van dit hotel om te boeken. Een kamer Inc bubbelbad €130. Nog niet geboekt, dit zouden we de dag erna doen. Toen bleek dezelfde kamer ineens €40 duurder?! Raar.. toch geboekt. Wel een mooie kamer! Bubbelbad deed het niet en personeel gaf aan dat er geen compensatie mogelijk was. Hadden we dus net zo goed een kamer zonder bad kunnen boeken… bedankt!
