Transportation: easiest with a 50-min taxi ride from Sendai airport unless int’l traveler wants to transfer via trains/buses. Nearest bus stop/little township is 遠刈田温泉 (13-min by foot to the Inn). Key feature is open air onsens in forestry — this is why I chose to stay. Delightful breakfast and dinner (during dinner, there are all-inclusive drinks menu + additional charge ones). I enjoyed the 2nd night’s beef/daikon pot in particular. There are hearth side afternoon refreshment, happy hour beer, post-dinner snack that you will be kept fed warmly. The aircon in Buna room would blow directly on the head so the fan blade should be adjusted. Staff English speaking capability varies but they made every effort in solving problems. Little hiccup after checking out that the bus time table the Inn indicated was outdated, but I still managed to change my route in the fly, which is the beauty traveling in Japan.

It's an old hotel, but it was well cleaned and the room was warm and I didn't mind the sound from the next room. I think the quality of the buffet is satisfactory in this price range. The reception at the front desk is also very good, and if you settle it in advance, you can leave the key on your way home, so it is common sense for such a large hotel. The hot spring bath is the standard of a large resort hotel. However, one of the ２ open-air baths has one source of water. What was particularly impressive this time was that I forgot something in the room and noticed it in the afternoon and called, and the front desk went to the room immediately and it was very helpful. Even if you receive it, please use one word again, and I would like to use the Grande Floor room on the rank of one next time.

I stayed at all inclusive facilities for the first time. There were only 2 front desks and it was very simple so I didn't know at first. I enjoyed it without worrying because it was included from check-in to drinks. The hot springs are also rich in variety. The dishes are excellent. If you feel non-life, it is recommended.

I was entrusted with the secretary and used it more than 10 years ago, so I made a reservation based on the impression I had at that time, but it was a big mistake and everyone booed me. There are many stains on the wall that can be wiped off. The dressing room in the bath is also old and dirty, and the glass window in the bath is dirty and cloudy, so you can't see the outside scenery well. The open-air bath had fallen leaves and many dead insects floating on it, so elementary school children were afraid and didn't want to enter. The open-air bath will inevitably get fallen leaves and insects regardless of the season, so it is something to scoop up with a net and clean it several times a day, but I guess this is not done here. For meals, adults ordered the main Sansa kaiseki meal for children, but it looks different from the photo on the website. Chawanmushi is cold and lukewarm. Tempura was also cold and not delicious. In another review a few months ago, another person wrote about chawanmushi and tempura, but it was exactly the same and had not been improved. Don't expect any food at all. The staff's way of serving and responding to meals was blunt, and everyone felt uncomfortable, and water and tea were placed on the table and they were just saying what to do. Even if you want to order additional drinks, there are no employees, so even if you read it out loud, they won't come. At the end, after bringing dessert, there were no employees even at the end time, and some people were drinking tea by themselves without the last tea being served. I was really troubled by the big booing from everyone (sweat). A person who went to the store said that there were a lot of giveaways because there were few customers. What I thought when I used Sansatei this time was that it was completely different from when I used it a few years ago. I was put in charge of the secretary, and everyone booed me and I just apologized. I was told that I want everyone who used this time to never do it again. ① I often feel uncomfortable because the staff does not serve customers at all. (2) The building is old and has not been cleaned, so it is dirty overall. ③ The bath is filthy in both the dressing room and the bathroom. ④ Meals are served cold. Worst service and attitude of employees. Aside from the old reviews, who are the people involved who are highly rated in recent reviews? I doubt it. If you have enough money, why don't you go to see scary things? (smile)

I used it for a day trip. 900 yen for adults on weekdays (+100 yen on weekends and holidays). The price range is not cheap, but the hot springs are full-fledged with free-flowing hot springs. There is also a sauna. *The free-flowing hot spring is available only in the open-air bath. The indoor bath was nice with a large bathtub. The atmosphere in the hall is good, and the employees are kind to day trippers, so I have a good impression. It seems that you can stay overnight, so I will try to stay the next time I visit.
