The room was clean and tidy. The stay was pleasant. The lobby manager at the front desk was very warm and polite. The front desk was very enthusiastic and positive.

It was my first time to visit Zaoyang. I saw on Ctrip that this hotel was an old four-star hotel and the price was quite cost-effective, so I booked this hotel. Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained. The lobby is spacious and grand, and the service staff are professional and enthusiastic. This is really a plus, because I took the exam in the past, and a free bus was arranged for the candidates to take them there in the morning. The school where I was taking the exam, thanks to the car arranged by the hotel in the morning, otherwise it would be difficult to take a taxi if it rained. The overall facilities of the hotel room are okay, with a wide view. The decoration and facilities in the room are a bit old, but they are well maintained. The only drawback is that the bed is not very comfortable, so you may want to be careful when choosing a bed.
