酒店房間整體較新，但是有幾點體驗很差。
早餐粥中兩次喝出來蟲子，入住時換過一次床品非常潮，衞生間有個燈無法關閉。

到店時間已經凌晨一點多了，前台仍然很熱情，停車場的門關了，保安也很積極給開門。房間比較小，淋浴接頭那竟然嚴重漏水，很讓人擔心是否存在網上傳聞的有人擰掉噴頭做特殊用途情況。早餐的橘子很多都是爛了長毛的。還存在誘導刷好評情況。

房子很棒，高級雙床房，空間很大，採光很好，暖暖的陽光灑進來，給人無限的美好！服務態度特別好，免費贈送小朋友小童拖鞋，還贈送2個小朋友兩份水果，機器人🤖前來送果盤啊，小朋友很開心呢！早餐內容豐富，山東特色煎餅，暖和的麪條和餛飩，好吃極了！

房間設計給人感覺很舒適，比較大，乾淨衞生。酒店服務也特別好，每一位酒店工作人員都特別熱情好客。因為特別晚才趕到酒店入住，酒店大堂負責接待的人還特別為我們煮了餃子。。。非常感動。下一次如果再來棗莊，這個酒店肯定是首選。很抱歉因為太忙，現在才評價
