優點：工作人員服務態度好，房間大小合適，停車方便。
缺點：沒有電梯，被子、毛巾老舊；被子上發現鼻屎（如第三張照片所示），不知道是沒洗還是其他什麼原因，五一期間300多的房費，體驗感太差，電視機裏沒有電池，電視遙控器從另外房間拿過來，沒有礦泉水。實話實説。

當時想着尚客優酒店是連鎖的，加上我們家那邊尚客優都挺好的就訂了，離古城也不遠，剛去辦入住就傻眼了感覺不正規，要你身份證號碼，沒有電梯需要自己把行李搬上去，一開始給開了一個沒打掃的房間，衞生特別差，後來換的房間廁所沒水燈不亮又搬回去了，沒有吹風機，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有梳子，一定要帶個一次性四件套！床鋪黃不拉幾的，枕頭也不知道多久沒換了，空調半天不熱，周圍有一條街可以買點早飯，唯一好的就是前台服務還行

住過最差的一次，沒有之一。貴不説，空調開了一夜也不暖和，凍死了，被子還有破洞，太冷讓加床被子也沒給，被子像石頭一樣硬，一次性手紙也沒有，沒電梯。凍的衣服都沒脱穿衣服睡的。

房間比較乾淨，環境不錯，服務也很好。連鎖還是比較放心的，五一出遊價格也是比較便宜的。交通便利，有停車場。停車方便

整個酒店沒一人入駐，黑洞洞的。被子床單沒有更換，有黴味和臭味。房屋從裏面鎖上保險就開不了門，打電話前台老頭還兇巴巴沒好話怪顧客。沒一次性拖鞋沒熱水，房間燈管壞了也不修黑乎乎的。從來沒住過這樣的店，開了房間沒住就走了。

房間實在是太陳舊了，設施非常老舊，鏡子和洗臉盆都是用過很多年的，浴巾毛巾像別家酒店淘汰的一樣。因為假期，房價價格水漲船高，300多一間標間，沒有免費礦泉水，沒有吹風機，需要單獨和前台要。商家服務態度還不錯。
