很喜歡我們的房間，辦理入住很快，寬敞舒適，設施齊全，無論我們需要什麼，前台小姐姐都很熱情地提供幫助，還給我們送了水，房間乾淨，入住體驗很好 ，最讚的就是服務，很貼心，有很足的親切感。還有免費的漢服可以穿，地理位置也很好，離主街特近，走累了就直接進酒店休息了，下次還會再來

朋友過來出差，幫朋友預訂的酒店，酒店是在台兒莊古城裡麪的出行特別方便，夜景也很漂亮，房間設施比較齊全乾凈衞生，房間是一個古色古香的特別漂亮，提前把空調打開告知遊玩攻略，前台服務熱情周到，還有漢服可以免費穿，值得推薦

我每次來都住在古城內的花家大院酒店。這次是帶着家人和孩子來玩兒的。他家的環境是一個鬧中取靜的地方。無論是觀看夜景還是看演出都比較方便。這次訂了一個標間前台小姐姐看我帶着家人和孩子給我免費升級了一個親子房。還有免費的漢服可以給穿。非常不錯。必須好評[強]

我很滿意花家大院，是朋友介紹的這裏，這次來住了。先説工作人員：週二下午幫我們拖行李的大姐特別好，不辭辛勞的幫我們拖了那麼多行李從停車場到到酒店。前台的每個小姐姐都人靚聲音甜，有求必應，態度熱情。對晚上應我們要求給我們送被的大哥也表示感謝。打掃衞生的阿姨也見人熱情打招呼。食堂的阿姨也特別真誠。花家大院地理位置特別好，靠離着景點多的東門特別近，吃飯和逛景特別方便。整個大院古香古色，服務又好，我很喜歡。
