酒店房間設施都可以，之前這個品牌在濟南住過，所以再次選擇了這個品牌的酒店，酒店附近有超市和餐廳，位置還可以，唯一不滿意的是，前台的服務人員，入住當天酒店的入住率不高，11多點時候，來了一家客人，入住在我們的隔壁，有兩個小孩子，一直在吵鬧喊叫，來回在房間裏跑，把我吵醒了，我給前台打電話讓她們提醒一下隔壁的大人，讓小孩子小點聲，同時我也問了服務員，為什麼這麼多的房間，非得在這麼晚的時候，把帶2個孩子的客人，安排在我們的隔壁，當天有很多房間，為什麼不能穿插開安排，我認為前台的工作能力太差了，前台反饋説，隔壁的客人已經在這住好幾天了，簡直是無語了，明明就是剛入住的……，算了，不説了，差評當天的前台服務員。

房間中規中矩，設施基本的都有。衞生馬桶蓋有沒清理乾淨的黃漬。但是攜程訂的時候有積分兑換的茶歇沒給，早餐沒給，房間升級可能沒升。（酒店説升級了豪華房，但是和訂的商務房間圖片一模一樣。）説商務房不帶窗？商務都不帶窗那普通標間啥樣？而且備註了遠離電梯不要角落，結果全部中標，在電梯間口，也屬於角落。但是酒店的客服服務可以，贈送小童牙刷，給不足的拖鞋（這些應該屬於酒店基本服務。）最後攜程備註的和積分兑換的應該都沒有兑現，不知道是攜程的事還是酒店的事。最終對該酒店有好感但失望比較多……

帶家人去微山島玩，在這裏借宿一晚。酒店離鐵道游擊隊紀念館衹有10分鐘路程，離微山島半小時左右。房間很大，衞生和服務都不錯。

很滿意的一次入住體驗，房間整潔，衞浴方便，早歺品種豐富，可選擇餘地很大，各部門服務員都以“您好”微笑待客，前台的小劉、小楚姑娘熱情地為孩子服務，真有在家的感覺。對了，停車方便。

定了雙床房，做了升級，房間很大，帶孩子住晚上能休息的好些。房間衞生間乾濕分離，忘記拍照了，酒店WIFI信號很好，早餐中西餐種類豐富，非常推薦這家，尤其是家人一起來旅遊的，是不錯的選擇
