Hotel Gran Via was great. They had everything I needed, and the staff was super friendly.

After an initial mix up and an increase in my room cost, the stay was fine, but parking for my van was nearly impossible, it took so long to find a space on the roadside and so far away, no mention of height restriction for their own parking

Hotel in a quiet area, modern, well located, near the shopping centre of Gran Casa and about 20min walking from the centre and the basilika of the Pilar and with tram stop at the door. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large enough for two people, good temperature of hot water and good pressure of water that is very important for me. The bathroom was a little deteriorated, with typical silicium a little dark and regularly remasted, as well as the crystal, always insufficient in most hotels so that the water does not leave the bathroom. We can't comment on breakfast because we only take accommodation (there are enough places around to have breakfast at a reasonable price).

I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. Not bad, the hotel is a little small, the surrounding area is OK, but there are still fewer people, the weather is good, the things in the supermarket are too expensive, or a small place, not bad
