This is a brand new hotel that is still logically finding its feet. The woman who welcomed us has only been working there for a month. She doesn't know much about Accor group procedures, but her kindness and smile more than make up for her shortcomings. All Club members are entitled to their welcome drink, but the red wine was sold out and the last glass of white had just been served 😂. Luckily, there was still an organic rosé, which, by golly, wasn't unpleasant... It was impossible to drink coffee in the morning, as the machine had unfortunately broken down... That's more of a pain! The rooms and bathroom are a bit basic, but clean and well-appointed. The setting is pleasant. The bedding is good quality. The prices couldn't be more reasonable. There is also free parking.

Reserved for February 13 to 17, 2024 for a city trip. Due to a general strike in Belgium, I asked for a refund from this very difficult to reach company. INTER Parkling does not want to refund my payment because I did NOT take out cancellation insurance with them worth 9 euros. What a bunch of scammers!!!!!!!

The stay in this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no hot water in the room and no heating in the bathroom. Together with the kind receptionist we visited about 8 different rooms and in none of them did hot water and bathroom heating work at the same time. After requesting a refund of the amount paid in cash, the "director" contacted by phone agreed to proceed with an upgrade. The new room appeared acceptable, recently renovated, hot water and heating ok. The next morning I asked for a hairdryer, impossible to obtain (I had to buy one in the shop ...). Despite an explicit request made to the reception, the cleaning in the room was done poorly, the bathroom was regularly left dirty. It was a bad week.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel car nous devions partir très tôt de l'aéroport le lendemain matin. Nous avons été très satisfaits. L'établissement est situé à 5mn de l'aéroport. Il a un bon rapport qualité-prix. Un parking. La literie est bonne. C'est calme et silencieux. La propreté irréprochable. Et l'accueil est vraiment top: amabilité, serviabilité et sourires. Il est possible d'y prendre le petit-déjeuner (pas pris dans notre cas vu l'horaire de départ). La salle de bain est spacieuse, avec une douche à l'italienne et de bons produits de toilette. Le bémol , c'est la taille de la chambre (un peu exiguë), le manque d'espaces de rangement et le fait que l'étage soit sans ascenseur (problématique en cas de lourds bagages. Heureusement nous étions au rez-de-chaussée). Mais pour une nuit c'est ok. Évidemment ce n'est pas adapté pour un séjour plus long... En tout cas, nous y reviendrons très certainement lorsque l'occasion se présentera...

À fuir ! Cet hôtel nous a facturé 2 fois la chambres en nous forçant à repayer sur place alors que nous avions payé à la réservation, j’attend un remboursement depuis fin novembre ! Et je ne parlerai pas des prestation de l’hôtel.. Ce sont des gens malhonnêtes !
