It is an apartment in an apartment building, approx. 20 years old. The apartment is spacious, well designed, the kitchen is equipped, most things are original. Maintenance and cleanliness could be much better.

Kitchen left a lot to be desired. Cutlery partly rusty, microwave yes, but no cover. No washing-up liquid. Balcony cannot be opened from the outside because it was warped, as were the windows.
