The Tirolerhof is a fabulous hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we enjoyed the friendly welcome on arrival, the variety of public spaces, comfortable and spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom, the delicious food (although not all was to our taste). The ski and heated boot room was appreciated and the spa area was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and in particular we commend Claudio and his professional team in the dining room.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Tirokerhof in Zell am See. We have stayed on a few occasions before but it’s at least 6 years since our last visit. Very pleased to report the food is just as incredible (we were on the half board option), the bar and public areas were very comfortable, and the pool and spa areas were very clean and welcoming. Special thanks to the hotel for arranging a lovely bottle of fizz in our room as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and to the staff in the restaurant (particularly Rosa and Claudio) who made our stay even more special with their fantastic service. What a wonderful week - we hope to return again.

This was our 5th visit to this superb family run hotel. A few minutes stroll from the lake at the base of the Schmittenhohe mountain. Friendly and magnificent in its presentation with outstanding food and service. The free bus services to the cable car Bahn and to Kaprun for the wonderful 3k connection to Kitzsteinhorn, highest point in Salzburg region is a breeze. We have always driven from the UK and have had a parking space in the garage. We took the train to Salzburg for the day, at only €19 return per couple it's a really worthwhile and picturesque journey. You will not feel more comfortable anywhere else in the world than the Tirelerhof.

Enjoyed my stay last week at Tirolerhoff hotel in Zellam See. Olde world charm in a modern lovely hotel Food very good fresh good quality and served efficiently Rooms clean comfortable and quiet Most of all staff were very good. Friendly and helpful and approachable. Special thanks to Wolfgang who arranged snow shoe hike in Thurs - minute attention to detail and looked after us very well - will do this again next time I am there.

This was my first time in Austria and therefore at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was , the staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them. I was on half- board which included breakfast and dinner with afternoon snacks, the food was very nice and plentiful. The room was spacious enough for two people ( I was with my son) and had a beautiful view of the slopes in the Alps. Very pleasant stay would recommend it to anyone, we are already planning our trip there for next year. Thank you

Spacious room, nicely furnished and atmospherically lit; balcony towards mountainside; above average buffet breakfast; the stay could have been improved with some bottled water for the room. Plenty of room for clothes; Central location for bars and restaurants.

Great hotel in prime location with good facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and stayed in a junior suit which was excellent. The pool and spa were perfect after a day of skiing and the pool has been extremely well thought out with lots of features.

As visiting Australians, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tirolerhof. The beautiful design of the entry foyer Lounge/bar area was a welcoming and delightful layout to know you are somewhere special, a fireplace slowly burning each day would have been more welcoming though on a chill day, not just at 5pm. The standard of dining experience was outstanding with our stay with design and choices of menu were truly memorable. Staff made my wife and I feel special and like a second home to us with our 1.5 week stay, with all our requests with enthusiasm genuine care of duty and passion. Our room was ideally located to cater to views of the village and mountains. Day Spa and Sauna facilities were of high standard being clean and well daily maintained. An end of ski-day shuttle service return to the hotel should be considered by the hotel as an ongoing must, for a complete offering for visitors and skiers alike, being the distance from the lift services- to fully compliment the hotel standards of consistency expected by guests. Overall, my wife and I would only ever stay at Hotel Tirolerhof when visiting Zell am See for reasons above mentioned as a special, memorable experience that we will always cherish!
