Love this hotel so much, it felt so cosy when we enter! Location is good as well, walkable to the main street area. You can actually get the hotel to pick you up via their vehicle they can also send you to the train station upon leaving. You get to see Matterhorn from the balcony too! Super love this place :)

We enjoyed a calm, chill atmosphere at the Matterhorn Hotel. The staff were warm and attentive, making check‑in and recommendations easy. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh local specialties that set a great tone for the day.
The hotel is conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station, though note there’s an uphill slope on the approach to the apartment. Inside the building there is an elevator, so accessing rooms is straightforward and you don’t need to carry the luggage using staircase.
Ideal for travelers who want a relaxed base, friendly service, and an authentic local breakfast. Love this hotel very much and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The hotel itself is very conveniently located and spotlessly clean. There are plenty of restaurants right next door, and it's also a short walk from both the train and cable car stations. Extremely convenient overall.
