Great location, big and clean room with great kitchen, nice balcony. Enjoyed this hotel a lot. 4 mins walk to sunrise photo taking spot.

The apartment is close to supermarket and train station. Room size is big and kitchen wares are provided. But bed is small and too soft. It cannot support the body well and there is risk of falling off.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips.
The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations.
Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!

We arrive at apartment, than we found the notice at door, need go to others hotel to do the check in, was clear the information,
Why they didn’t advice before , to go directly to that place , was raining and 3 luggage walking around, the should tell this kind , before arrive , they sell something, once arrive is diferente it’s very bad.

The hotel is close to Zermatt Station and a supermarket, about a ten-minute walk to the station and a five-minute walk to the supermarket. The room was spacious, with a living room and dining area, and all cooking utensils were available.

The decoration style of this apartment is antique, a bit like a naval house. The room is large and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is very comfortable to stay in. The view from the balcony is great. I am very satisfied.

Overall, it's okay. It's conveniently located just across the street from the train station. Eating in the bustling area is only three or four subway stops away. 🏨 We chose a triple room and upon arrival, they gave us an accessible room (which felt like a nursing home in China). There was yellow liquid dripping down the wall, and a large red spot on the headboard. I contacted the front desk and changed rooms, but they were slightly smaller!
