Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

This Hotel is highly recommend. From the moment we arrived and received a warm welcome from Michelle! She was so kind and gave us lots of advice about how to enjoy Zermatt and the Matterhorn Alps mountain. The place is unique, beautiful decorative! Our room was cozy, comfortable and it had a balcony with mountain view! Michelle’s friend Greig went a way beyond to please us and provide a delicious breakfast! They have a Brazilian coffee 😋The list goes on and on! So many great things about this place! Hope to come back there someday! 🇨🇭🙌🐕

Our favorite Swiss hotel We loved this Swiss Chalet hotel in Zermatt. Thor and his wife were so helpful with everything during our stay and made us feel like family. The flowers on the property, the location and room were everything we expected from Switzerland.
