We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre .
We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive.
Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in.
The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints.
Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended.
Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities.
Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected.
Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.

Perfect stay! Staff are polite and helpful. The complimentary afternoon cakes are added bonuses.They offer free transfer from train station to hotel and save the hussles to move the luggages on the road!
