This seemed to be the cheapest hotel in Zermatt, which was a lifesaver for a solo student traveler like me (even though it was still incredibly expensive!). While it only had basic amenities, including a shower and a bathtub, it was perfectly sufficient for a solo trip. What stood out the most was how incredibly kind the front desk staff were. I bothered them by asking for hot water two days in a row and for an early check-out while they were busy, but they never showed any annoyance and even told me not to apologize. I truly appreciated their help.
I'd recommend this place to Japanese travelers (especially students), but be aware that you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms, so if you're sensitive to sound, you might want to look elsewhere.

Staff was nice and the lobby was great. The room is a bit too small. Wooden floor and wall makes the noise from other rooms are too obvious. No hair dryer in the room but can be borrowed from reception. The balcony is quite nice, allow guests to chill there

The room was small but my booking was cheapest. So it's fair room. And I can see Matterhorn's peak from there. The morning view was absolutely beautiful!

Its a 10-min walk from the nearest train station. It has a beautiful view from the balcony where u can sit and have a coffee. Spacious room and had a bath tub so its a plus point. The room is clean. I love everything abt this place. Will definitely recommend this to our friends and families

Clean , cosy and spacious
Definitely expensive to have any rooms in zermatt.
I would say suggest to only go zermatt if you r into skiing or wanna see matterhorn. Otherwise interlaken is better
