這次晉城之行選擇了新開業的丹河voco酒店，整體體驗非常滿意！
地理位置：酒店位置非常便利，步行即可到達玉皇廟等著名景點，無論是打車還是公共交通都很容易。
早餐：早餐種類豐富，中西式結合，性價比很高
服務：酒店服務是一大亮點，工作人員熱情周到，尤其是要特別感謝小閆姐姐！她主動打電話詢問我的需求，得知我擔心北方乾燥後，貼心地為我房間提供了一台加濕器，很暖心！後續入住期間也經常問候及詢問需求，點贊
下次有機會再來晉城，一定還會選擇這裏！

沒有什麼能比冬日中得到温馨温暖的問候更治癒了❤️🩹特別感謝前廳經理Issac的悉心服務，提前電話聯繫並加了微信，事無鉅細皆安排妥當！印象分期待值直接拉滿！這間voco擁有的獨特位置優勢。被黑悟空帶火的晉城旅遊，主要景點除博物館在市區外，其他多分佈於東部各村落（玉皇廟和青蓮寺等）。voco酒店正好就位於城東，去玉皇廟步行可達，去青蓮寺打車一路暢通！voco又離着晉城東站三四公里，北上長治南下鄭州，從voco出發遠都比從市區出發快捷的多。新酒店的好處一目瞭然，處處纖塵不染。大堂吧粉粧玉琢，細節處亦可見業主的實力雄厚。正門入口，面對巨幅太行山勢圖，還有猶似打鐵花星光四濺的組合吊燈，大氣！升級的城景雙床房寬敞周正，風格雅緻清新，voco專有的明黃色標簽隨處點睛。硬件水準出色，陽光明媚☀️時間有限沒能多住幾晚好好感受，希望下次再有機會相遇voco。

自駕游來到了晉城，隨手搜到了這家酒店，管家小劉加了我的微信提前告知了我酒店位置並且準備了歡迎水果，很是貼心。酒店在開發區，位置稍微離市中心有一段距離，但是很乾凈，很大氣，所有人的服務都很貼心，前台禮賓也都很棒，房間內物品很乾凈，讓人住着很放心，推薦給來晉城旅遊的朋友們。

酒店環境很好，從配置到服務都很到位👍。頭一天訂的酒店，還未到就接到酒店服務人員的電話，詢問何時到達酒店，發送了酒店的具體位置和乘坐幾路車可以到達酒店，還為小童提供了專用拖鞋和洗漱用品，還免費贈送一份水果等，還有就是細節，暖心的細節，從酒店的設施説起，首先房間的坐便、洗澡、洗臉梳粧是分割為相對獨立的空間，不會相互幹擾，有小童專用的牙刷和牙膏以及沐浴露，成人的牙刷以及拖鞋都有顏色區分，避免用混，電動馬桶坐墊有加熱功能，單間還配備的有小冰箱、保險櫃，雨傘、衣物熨燙機等。早餐種類多樣，味道可口。當我們離開酒店時，小劉姐姐還送了平安福，給我們送上了車，很暖，很貼心，期待下次的相遇😊

趁着收假前和爸媽一起去司徒小鎮玩~專程選了新開的voco！距離小鎮也就十分鐘左右路程！而且在出景區時有一條完全不堵車就能回酒店的路簡直完美！酒店衞生和設施都還不錯，有一點點小瑕疵但總體來説居住還是很滿意的~感謝amy的用心❤️，提前詢問對房間有無要求，推薦附近的美食。因為一些原因沒能升房型，但amy小姐姐幫我們貼心地贈送了歡迎水果，退房時還有送姜棗茶，每一位工作人員都很認真負責，有機會再去澤州還會選擇voco的~！

假期帶家人出行去晉城遊玩，對比後選擇了新開的voco酒店，雖然是晚上入住的，也能感受到酒店的品質很好，酒店大堂嶄新大氣，設計精緻有格調，燈很漂亮。玩兒了一天很累，感謝酒店的南艷提前安排可較快辦理入住，她的服務超讚，從前期溝通給安排房間，貼心放置小朋友洗護，到後期任何問題都及時響應，點大大的贊！房間寬敞，床品整潔，整體氛圍感不錯。早餐也很豐富，品類多多，中午還在酒店的中餐廳就餐，飯菜品質也很好，價格也實惠，此次晉城酒店之旅體驗感很好，下次來晉城還會選擇丹河voco酒店。

和男朋友一起入住啦晉城新開VOCO，由於城區各大酒店滿分，我要他他放棄了鍾愛的國貿，一起入住了voco。之前入住洲際旗下還是忠於洲際特色禮賓多次入住洲際、華邑還有皇冠假日。 為數不多的第二次體驗voco獻給了家鄉晉城。
我一直覺得voco是多以生活化，温馨化，顧客舒適及細節凸顯特色。當然與洲際本牌可能服務上及其設施上會有些差異，但不影響整體的風格和品牌落地的本土化。
那麼作為體驗家，我先説下優點：1.床品很舒適，不比洲際差，能睡出來床墊上是鋪了羽絨墊，男朋友説比上次入住的西安高新洲際床品更舒服，更新。2.房間茶水桌上的介紹卡片推薦大家好好看一下！會有提供各種類似充電器、送房早餐，客房服務以及很多暖心服務，這是其他local給不了的温暖。 2.關於早餐當地化這點我覺得不用多説，這是應該做到的，雖然男朋友説肉丸方便麪味道還可以更精進一點。3.我在入住後撥打服務中心電話，GSC小姐姐greeting講的很好，值得表揚。4.我在前台問詢時戴眼鏡李姓小姐姐（記得不是很清楚了）輕聲細語，服務態度很好，會有親切感和專業性表揚表揚。5.有看到黑人禮兵，但是忘記和他social一下！！6.大堂聖誕樹與時更新的主題很贊，沒有浪費這個資源；看得出酒店團隊的用心。
需要進步的地方有：1.我覺得GSM/DM英語水平可以再提升一些，當然希望下次我喝多可能會説英文，但希望聽到的不是sorry or pls speak slowly…… 2.不要當著客人的麪訓斥員工，會很影響體驗和酒店形象。我在門口等車有一位經理樣子的領導在訓斥禮兵還是安保小哥哥為什麼沒有佩戴呼叫器。fine 我覺得whatever可能會影響他工作，但是不管怎樣沒必要當著客人的麪訓斥員工就算你是GM，而且急色匆匆，妒色庸庸的人Who will follow your lead? 3.禮賓服務個性化，提供開車門，主動問好等服務，畢竟客人第一面是禮賓和安保right？4.我沒有GRO follow up 當然不重要，衹是我覺得我的房間可以像其他客人擁有一份水果🍉 5.早餐餐廳可以有領位到桌子詢問咖啡果汁茶，而不是站在那裡連問候都沒有。6.早餐甜品醬料要增加巧克力醬！畢竟會有我這部分小可愛愛喝摩卡。
最後的最後一些小遺憾：1.可以多增加服務性質的與客人交流的頻率，增加顧客親切度。2.酒店沒有泳池。3.這次沒有去體驗lounge….
其他確實沒有什麼一時半會想不起來了，希望大晉城voco可以越辦越好，璀璨征程。當然希望下一次我入住可以得到welcome cards 還有歡迎果。
