房間很乾凈不錯，但是隔音也太差了點，晚上隔壁房間一羣人嬉戲打鬧的聲音那麼大，酒店管理也不知道怎麼回事，放那麼多人進來，大晚上一兩點還在那吵，完全沒有一點入住體驗可言

店總抓緊把夜班前台好好培訓一下吧，起碼的基礎對客話術非常差勁，我做酒店行業十年了，接過無數的酒店，高端民宿客棧公寓商務型連鎖的單體的四星的非標五星都接觸過，帶過無數的人，我自己就是做酒店的 本身已經很能容忍體諒一線員工，但這回你這前台真是把我搞的很生氣，我人站在前台 給我坐着拉着臉盯着眼前的電腦 眼皮都不抬 等着讓我問候你嗎？有什麼房型嘴裏講的不知所雲 我網上下單 那你網上訂去 好 我不計較 我也不是高貴的人 你心情不好就把排班調了去休息調整心情去！我也定了你們的宴會廳 去學學餐飲部的前廳接招，起碼人家看見客人目光會注意客户 站立一下 我不知道你們有沒有住宿部的前廳經理或者店助啥的，有沒有定期不定期的業務培訓 禮儀培訓，有沒有明確標準的接待流程，前台這個樣子我不怪她們 中層管理的問題 你們的責任，網上下單怎麼了？是因為XC收了佣金你不開心還是你有什麼提成我不管，本來想給個三星，今年平台點評分出了0.5分，我真的太窩火了，做酒店這麼久以來第一次在攜程給同行點個0.5分最後早班前台很好 對客話術流暢 態度熱情 處理問題及時，停車問題第一時間對接安保部處理 高效！點贊

比較是個三星，環境差我是可以預見的。但是服務態度差我是所料未及的。一年365天裏面有280天都是住酒店的狀態。但是遇到服務這麼差的我還是第一次，早知道就多花20分鐘去隴西住了。

衞生、環境不錯，整棟樓自稱就一個服務員，基本上沒有服務，老闆確實摳門。沒有服務為啥收這麼高的房費。如果想着不麻煩酒店的客人，自己照顧自己的可以去住，四星級的價格招待所的服務。

總的來説還不錯。
有兩個問題，一是洗澡水温度不穩定，熱起來燙人，冷的時候就是冷水。二是，早餐有點簡單，沒有水果。
