位置比較偏 因為晚上要喝酒衹能打車去打車回 加價都沒人接單 房間挺好的就是被單是臟的 而且還是頭部靠裏一側像是血跡 其餘的都還不錯 扣分項是給這個糟心的被單的 要是旺季我可以理解這麼多房間打掃消毒更換床品難免有疏忽 已經淡季了還出現這樣的問題我真的不能接受 但凡是腳下或者上面那一面我都ok 正對着下巴那個位置你們酒店的人來評價一下惡不噁心好吧 好歹是個企業 希望你的服務意識對得起你的房價

8.14號來的，環境特別好，户外有很大的草墊園景，湖、馬、駱駝，牛都看到了，可租小摩託自由逛，視覺很遼闊，夜晚有2個不同的地點表演，看了歷史劇表演和篝火打鐵花，做了纜車，室內大廳很高檔，抱闊電梯樓梯間都很痛快，乾淨，大房間被子很乾凈，還是木地板，這個就挺好的，夜晚睡覺很安靜，晚飯是點餐，説實話菜譜不多，吃了土豆絲和炒飯，早飯自助，主食混沌、麪條，油條，包子，雞蛋都有，也有一些炒菜，木耳，腐竹之類的，夠吃的，這個價錢也還還可以。來這既能感受草原的綠草還可以看到節目，省心，非常滿意的酒店，對了，車位充足，可以推薦給大家參考！好評！

設施：非常齊全，五星的標準，要是茶飲再齊全一些會更好。
衞生：OK噠～挺乾淨的
環境：必需五星好評，以後會每年想草原的時候都提前預訂那蘇圖，夜色那蘇圖好給力，這裏也算是餐住娛樂一體的了
服務：有的最漂亮的小妞特別好，我們到早了，幫我們辦理了提前入住，非常感謝

優點:酒店位於景區內。位置離張北縣城挺近，比較方便。環境優美，房間裝修也不錯。
不足:服務細節不夠，早上出發前時間緊張，沒有燒水，去餐廳找熱水，説熱水器壞了，去前台問，也告訴我沒有熱水。房間內沒有衣架，沒有晾衣服的掛鈎掛繩，沒有吹風機。本來挺滿意的一次居住，最後有點失望，服務細節不夠。

其實酒店的硬件設施還算不錯
衞生：幸好房間裏是木地板，這要是換成地毯得臟成什麼樣啊。另外，毛巾就像是用了好久沒換過的樣子（一定要自帶喲）
早餐：幸好能吃飽

房間非常寬敞，不僅大，樓層還高，窗簾還是自動的，有點小驚喜。雖然沒有空調，但是這個地方確實不熱，我二伏過來的，晚上出門還得穿長袖，次日早上下雨還覺得微涼。
摩天輪晚上的燈光秀還挺棒，可以遠眺音樂節，不過對於早睡的人來説就有點吵了。
此次最大遺憾是沒能看到湖水，估計季節原因已經乾涸。逛周邊環境的最佳交通工具是騎共享電車，雖然有點小貴但已經是性價比最佳，可以在起伏的草原上自由馳騁

很不錯的一次入住體驗感，前台服務很好！還贈送了幾張遊玩的票，有自助早餐，還算豐盛，園裡有很多玩的，孩子們很開心，晚上有音樂節 篝火晚會 等等節目。很不錯，有機會再來。
