Xinyuan Holiday Hotel

The hotel is quiet in a busy area, the air is very good, there is a lot of greenery and parking is very convenient. The hotel lobby has a unique design and soft lighting, giving you a classy feel as soon as you enter. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient in checking me in. They also arranged a quiet non-smoking room for me, which made me feel at home. The decoration of the room is a bit old, but it is clean and sanitary, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. I hope the hardware can be improved. The takeaway you order can only be left at the door, which is not very user-friendly. It would be better to have a robot service. The breakfast has a rich variety, including fresh bread and fruit, as well as hot coffee, which meets all my needs for breakfast. In general, regardless of the environment, service and geographical location, it is worth recommending.

We specially chose a garden-style hotel with a very good environment, quiet in a busy city, and close to the city center. There are many restaurants around, and dining is also convenient. When checking in, the girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the hotel to us! Although the room is not new, it is very clean! Will come again next time!

幫朋友訂的，一不小心網上訂成單間了，前台很熱心的幫我更換了一個標間，房間很乾凈，停車也很方便。自助早餐也很豐富。

開始預訂的房間因空調問題被攜程調配到這個更高級的度假村，雖然路程遠了點還是挺期待（*^o^*） 到店後是十幾年前高大上的規格，感覺還行 辦理入住後想多要兩瓶水前台説房間有兩瓶免費的，感覺很不舒服😔 第二天房間打掃挺乾淨，下午回來的時候房門打不開了，呼叫前台上來開門，又是一次很不好的體驗出門時跟前台經理反應了情況 飯後回來姚經理特意帶我去健身房為我個人開門，風雨交加的晚上有點小感動，還送了兩份早餐，美美吃一頓！需要洗衣服務，服務員也跑了好幾趟洗好送回來，非常感謝！！ 第三天因為時間關係需要延遲退房姚經理也是爽快答應直接到六點，整體下來感覺就跟回來家似的，有機會還考慮繼續入住

酒店環境很好，空氣很清新，整個酒店都有桂花的香味。前台服務也很熱情，房間很大，設施有點舊但衞生打掃的很乾凈，總的來説感覺很不錯。
