酒店前台服務熱情，定的有早餐，辦理入住未提及。入住環境差，雖離電梯有十米多，但聲特別大，咣咣的聲音，半夜才入睡。

酒店居然沒有公共衞生間，辦好退房手續後，人還在酒店大堂，想上廁所，不提供公共衞生間，説什麼:酒店公衞，衹提供給酒店的工作人員用，要自己想辦法解決

這次是有事情來張家港金港，入住該酒店給了大大的驚喜，環境很好，周邊吃的東西非常多，離景區又非常近，衞生也很好，一百多點的價格還帶早餐，非常的實惠！
