服務態度特別好，很喜歡的一家酒店，這次回來要入住一個禮拜，酒店環境相當哇塞，特別喜歡他家的裝修簡單大氣，很喜歡的風格我每年都會來幾天。他們前台特別有禮貌。

衞生：衞生乾淨阿姨打掃的也是很乾凈。
環境：他家環境不錯，舒適優雅。
服務：服務態度前台很熱情我房間網絡當時沒有了給他們打電話店長立馬就過來了，效率很快很喜歡他們這裏這次住了7天，下次還會回來，很喜歡這裏，張家港凱倫酒店值得推薦！旁邊可以健身。
