JI Hotel Hotels in Zhangjiagang

Ji Hotel at ZJG is brand new. Very modern and pleasantly decorated. Room was nice, comfortable & functional. Room aircon was about the quietest we’ve ever encounter in our recent travel. Hotel has a small 2 treadmill gym and a free-for-use laundry machine / dryer (latter a plus for us traveling for few weeks). Breakfast selection was modest but sumptuous. Our group who were traveling for golf were all highly impressed.

The service of the hotel staff is very good. Mineral water was given during check-in. The staff was very attentive. Someone guided the elevator and helped with luggage. The staff introduced the local tourist attractions and restaurants in Suzhou. The fragrance in the lobby smelled very good. . The robot service is very good and the delivery is on time. The room was very clean and bright. Opposite is Guanqian Street, which is very convenient for travel. Auntie also prepared brown sugar ginger tea for me. It's so heartwarming and the service is super good. The breakfast is delicious, the porridge is delicious, and the soy milk is delicious. There is also Suzhou’s special red bean Lantern Festival. I especially like to eat. This was a very satisfying trip and I will keep coming back if I have the opportunity! Awesome!

We stayed in room 1212, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel laundry room has three washer and three dyer, so convenient. The Staff, Renyi, is so kind, he speaks good english and sincere to help me with my taobao purchase. We will definitely stay again in this hotel if we need to come back to this city.
