Zhangjiagang Hotels with Pools

The environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly.

Everything you would expect from a five star hotel. I stayed for 5 nights on the 28th floor in July 2024. The huge rooms are well appointed and mostly very quiet- thanks to good double glazing and double thick, rebated doors with seals. It also looks like there are no rooms opposite each other which minimises any hallway noise. The king bed was firm but softer than most that I've had in decades of visiting China. I didn't like that there was only one type of flat pillow in my room. I liked the walls that slide out to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. The shower had excellent water pressure and constant temperature with hot water arriving quickly. Really dark blockout curtains. Fast wifi. breakfast buffet on the 39th floor with mostly western and Asian choices. The machine coffee was average. The extensive view was limited on most of the mornings due to rain and fog. The hotel is directly linked to the Wanda shopping mall, which has Uniqlo, KFC, pizza hut and many restaurants- if you don't feel like paying the exorbitant Marriott food prices. Unfortunately there is no supermarket nearby. Only some mini markets like Lawson.

Parking is convenient and there are enough parking spaces. Although the hotel is old, it has been renovated and is still quite good, with a good value for money. The breakfast variety is rich, very popular, and a little messy. The WIFY signal in the room is not good and is interrupted from time to time. The TV signal is not good, and you can only watch one channel-CCTV1. The waiter didn't fix it well. Overall, it is a very good hotel, recommended.

I came to the island during the Spring Festival and chose this hotel with a beautiful, clean and comfortable environment. It’s really great for friends who like quiet. The food tastes good. Affordable. The hotel's butlers provide good service. The hot springs are real. It's a comfortable soak. You can bring dogs and cats. They have a lot of fun.

A very satisfying stay. The lobby is large and the fountain is very nice. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to the lake and the scenery is very beautiful. Manager Xu at the front desk was very considerate, enthusiastic and polite. The introduction of all aspects of the hotel was very detailed. Check-in was also very quick. Highly recommended. Looking forward to staying next time

In the annex building of China World Trade Center, the room is old and the mattress is a bit soft. Breakfast is very good, with the meat buns that like to eat China World Trade Center, and the waiter of the Korean lady is very eye-catching.

I thought it was cloudy, but when I got there, the sun was shining, the breeze was not dry, the pool water was sparkling and took away the summer heat, the sunset on the roof, the rice seedlings outside the building were not noisy, and the sound of KTV at night also occupied the emo time on weekdays. At 0:00, the first day of my birth, I saw the blooming of cactus flowers. The thorns of the cactus are short and sharp, and the flowers are indeed flourishing. This flourishing made me appreciate this encounter, the shades fell on the paper, and the ink smudged the midsummer. The store sister is super nice. Knowing that it is my birthday, she sent a birthday cake and a small cake. It was really fun to play table football, billiards and VR. We sang in KTV until 12 o'clock. The sister's husband was also very responsible for us until 12 o'clock. He was also very worried about our meals and helped us get takeout. The sister's daughter is also super cute. I will definitely come again next time.
