Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The host offered incredibly attentive and personalized service, looking after us meticulously from check-in to check-out, which made us feel truly cared for and welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable, tastefully decorated to create a cozy ambiance, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, making our stay incredibly relaxing. The host is also an excellent cook; the meals they prepared were both delicious and authentic, adding so much joy and flavor to our trip.

The homestay is very warm and beautiful. I heard from the owner that it was renovated last year. The room is also very clean. Disposable towels, bath towels, toilet mats are provided. Disposable cups and smart kettles are provided for drinking water. I really have to praise the smart kettle, which is more reliable to use than traditional kettles. When you go out for a trip, your mood will be much better if you choose the right place to stay!

Very good experience staying in this hotel. The location is about 7 minutes walk to the East Entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in Wulingyuan. All the staff were very helpful and very patient to explain to us in Wechat, how to get to the hotel as we are foreigners and not sure how to navigate around the places. They also helped us to buy entrance tickets to the National park and Charming Xiangxi Show theather tickets. They have washing machines and dryers at the top floor of the building which is very convenient to use. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk away from the restaurants, convenient stores and night markets which serves nice food and snacks. We were so grateful to the staff who helped us to buy crutches from ******* for our son who has an injury on his ankle. They also provided some kind of herbal medicine (without cost) to apply on his ankle to reduce swelling. We were amazed by the speed of the delivery of the crutches to our hotel room in less than 25 minutes. The service of ******* is really marvellous.

We got 2 rooms with balcony in the morning sun will shine in.. Overall room is comfortable, hotel is very near the to attraction gate just behind the building ard 3-5mins walk.. Hotel foot massage at 68rmb is fine additional 2rmb charge for towels. Surrounding the hotel there’s street food, lots of local restaurants and lots of foot massage your can bargains for price as low as 50rmb🤭 only minus points thing is hotel room doorways using sensors light function at night so need to walk thur the dark walkway as sensor abit slow to light up sometimes if u stay far from lift. As our room is just beside the lift so no big problem if u booked the sane room as us.
