I stayed for two days. On the first day, the quilt smelled like steamed buns. I wanted to change it on the second day, but it wasn't changed. I left around 8:00 in the morning and asked to help clean the room. I came back around 5:00 in the afternoon and it still hadn't been cleaned. The owner's attitude was also average. He wasn't very welcoming. He didn't know anything the locals asked. He even gave me guides to other hotels in Zhangjiajie. The good thing is that the furnishings are good. The furniture is all bamboo and wood, and there is a nice fragrance.

The air conditioner couldn't reach the desired temperature, and the room I initially stayed in was barely warm. After changing rooms, the room was just livable, but the bathroom was extremely cold, making it impossible to take a shower.
