攜程上面顯示我的房間在二樓，結果我到了給我安排在四樓，我就問有沒有低樓層的房間，前台回覆説沒有，然後我説我那麼大那麼沉的一個箱子呢，前台假裝沒聽見，沒有電梯衹能費勁提上去，反正有大件行李的謹慎下單。房間衞生還可以的，房間不送礦泉水。

是和朋友一起過來遊玩然後定的天門山索道附近的住宿 條件各方面都很好 舒適衞生 老闆們都很熱情 因為索道公司對面地形比較複雜 所以老闆們都是出來親自接待的 也不用擔心找不到店 我們一共住了好幾個晚上 樓上還可以洗衣服 樓下可以燒開水 主要是老闆們都很貼心 每天都會主動問我們的需求 住的很開心，也很舒服 很推薦 因為出來玩，就是要住的好 不然的話玩也玩不好 真的很推薦

位置很好，就在天門山索道對面，步行5分鐘就到了，附近早餐店本地菜都有吃飯出行很方便。
網絡衞生都很好經管下大雪也有熱水，老闆也很熱情有什麼問題問老闆，老闆也是有耐心的回答 😀

民宿位置離天門山入口很近，穿過馬路就到了，在客棧的陽台處可以看到天門山的纜車通過，店裡有一衹小貓咪跟孩子很友好，孩子也很喜歡，店主都很熱情，幫助解決了很多疑問，住的三人間一人一張床，很舒適，房間乾淨整潔設施齊全。天門山分時段進入又分ABC線路所以不感覺擁擠，天門山值得看。

帶女兒來張家界旅遊，在攜程看評價不錯選的這家民宿，確實位置很好，就在天門山索道站對面，價格實惠，裝修温馨，衞生很好，關鍵房主大叔一家都是熱情好客的人，請吃請喝，幫忙訂旅行團，訂演出票，都是超級優惠價格，還給好的建議避免踩坑，玩了三天體驗很好，臨走又送臘肉送莓茶，從山東遠道而來，碰上這樣的老闆，真的感覺很貼心很感動，來張家界超級推薦這家民宿！
