Xiongcheng Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan Cableway Station)

The hotel has an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car entrance. However, it shares the building with other hotels and private apartments — for example, across from our room was a family’s residence, which was not mentioned in the booking. Cleanliness was a major issue: we found hair in the bathroom and dirt in the corners and around the sink. —————— 酒店位置非常好，步行五分钟即可到达天门山索道入口。然而，这栋楼是与其他酒店和私人公寓共用的，比如我们房间对面就是一个家庭在居住，这一点在预订时并未说明。清洁状况很差，浴室里有头发，水池后面和角落也都很脏。

1. The hotel is sharing the same building with another 2 hotels, and some other private residents which is a bit weird. There are 5 common lifts shared between the 2. 2. 5 mins walk to Tianmenshan cable car station. 3. Surrounded with many restaurants. 4. Breakfast is not worth of the money. 5. The 3 washers and dryers are not well maintain you can easily see the yellow stains.

Good stay, comfortable bed, near to skyway station. Value for money, recommended.

Good location, close to Tianmenshan cableway only 3min waklm. The room is clean and big. Breakfast is also good.

This is an additional 1 night stay at this hotel. We booked 3 nights and ended up add one more night here. As usual Mr Grand helped us with the additional night. We were so glad and happy.

Our stay at the Xiongcheng Hotel in Zhangjiajie was truly fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful with translations, booking taxis, offering guidance for excursions, and even assisting us with an issue regarding our outgoing flight. They were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the hotel offers a large breakfast buffet with an amazing variety of options. Its location is also very convenient — close to the cable cars to Tianmen Mountain and within walking distance of several restaurants. Note - the building houses multiple hotels and some residential units, but this doesn't take away from the hotel's charm. From the moment you step inside, you’re warmly greeted, and the lobby invites you to relax with complimentary tea and cool lemon water. As an added bonus, the hotel provides complimentary self-service washers and dryers — a huge plus during our trip. We highly recommend it!
