I can recommend this hotel for a shorter stay, I wouldn't want to be here for a whole holiday.

We booked a family room for 5 people. Hotel owner was so helpful in booking cheapest tickets, taxis to the famous locations of Zhangjiajie. They provided us with hot water, hair dryer, kettle, phone charger, mosquito repellent, tissues and unlimited shampoo and teeth cleaners. It's not an over the top hotel but the location is great surrounded by so many food options specially Halaal food. Really recommended to those who wanna save money that's too with almost all the amenities.

The location is perfect for both Tianmenshan and central bus station. However, as the hotel is a bid wear out it feels a bit sketchy plus the fact that I booked for low season there are barely anyone around. However, overall cleanliness and service is great. Will recommend to travelers who are fine with a bit of an older model and a teeny bit of sketchiness.

Good place. Location is great, very close to the cable car station and there are many restaurants around.

Washroom is too small in comparison with the room size. Aslo No handshower, which is a common thing in China. The stuff was friendly. They have a luggage roon where you can store your things for free. Recommended.

Spacious room but the mattress was very hard and you have to pay extra for heating. Great location and nice staff despite the language barrier!

Clean and big room. The shared shower and toilet were clean. Good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, and a bus station to the east gate of the national park
