Great service, friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to everything. Pharmacy and many food stores close by. Staff help you plan your daily itinerary, no need for a tour guide. We enjoyed our stay there 😀.

The hotel is strategically located near the bus station, many shops and restaurants are just walking distance.
The room is very spacious and comfortable, giving us really good rest after the tiring hike in the national park.
The front desk is helpful too, they recommended us a very good restaurant for our dinner. I really had a good stay there.

The room is so modern and beautiful. It is very clean and smell very nice. I love absolutely everything about this hotel.
The staffs here are super friendly. They helped us plan a route in a national park and they helped us do the laundry as well. Thank you so much. The location is super convenient. It is not far from the entrance to the gate to Zhangjiajie and it is not far from the main restaurant street.
Breakfast is very good as well.
I definitely will recommend everyone to stay here and will definitely come back to stay here again.

Hotel is nice, clean and room is comfortable. Room is big! Beside each bed has electrical power point and light switch! Me and my friends enjoyed ourselves so much. Photos are the same as real -life. Staffs are friendly and approachable. They are also very attentive to us! Breakfast is nice too! They helped to receive my Taobao goods 🤭 They provided fruits and snacks! Hotel is about 10 - 15 mins walk to 武陵源and魅力湘西. Nearby hotel has quite a number of food places, no need worry. There is also a laundry place. Even though the room is at level 2 facing the road, it is not noisy at all. Will definitely recommend anyone for this hotel.

Great experience, the staff were all genuinely very friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They will assist you with any questions and help you plan your journey and purchase tickets if you need. You can purchase tickets through them, with some slight discount compared to prices on trip.com. Hotel was recently opened, room is very nice and clean. Free breakfast included as well. 😊😊😊
