My recent stay at XiFuWan Resort Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warm greeting from the owner made us feel right at home. The owners, a genuinely kind husband and wife duo, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable and comfortable.
Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a lovely basket of fresh fruits—a thoughtful touch that truly reflected their generosity. They even went the extra mile by creating a WeChat group labeled "VIP" to keep us updated on local attractions and assist us during our stay, which added a personalized touch to the experience.
The owners were particularly helpful in arranging tickets for the mountains and the famed Bailong Elevator, making our adventures seamless. They provided complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to the east gate of the mountain, which was incredibly convenient.
During our stay, my mother experienced some abdominal pain, and the compassion demonstrated by the owners was heartwarming. The husband personally took us to the hospital and assisted us through every step of the process, ensuring my mother was taken care of from A to Z.
