Well located, quite and well maintained. Staff is insanely helpful to plan your activities and help you book tickets for them. If you come back early they can help you by suggesting something else to do. Breakfast was chinese style but varied enough.

Nice room, with smart toilet and self service washer and dryer. The location is not along the main road, Didi's don't go to the hotel entrance to pick up or drop off, need to walk a short distance. It's nearby some shops which is very convenient

New, nice, and clean hotel. Very quiet for good night sleep as the hotel is tucked slightly away from the main road. Distance from park entrance is not an issue as Didi is always available and cheap. This place has a nice balance of good restaurant and near to local eateries and supermarkets. Spend at least 3 days here to visit the park and glass bridge, put your mind at ease as the hotel staff can plan the itinerary for the few days accustomed to the changing weather.

The room was very clean, big, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Staff helped us with everything: where to go to forest park. They even have maps on the desk. And it’s close to forest park entrance. You can go by walk 15 min.

The hotel was excellent — very clean, with a modern and spacious room. The bathroom was impressive, and the toilet was fully automatic. Everything felt comfortable. The reception staff could communicate well in English and took great care of us, offering helpful travel advice and assisting with ticket bookings for Zhangjiajie and the Grand Canyon at very reasonable prices. Finally, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Service was excellent. Hotel was very clean and they upgraded our room for free. Hotel manager was incredibly generous with her time explaining the different routes for exploring Zhangjiajie National Park. The staff gave excellent recommendations for local cuisine and took their time to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and come back here again!

Joan and the staff were excellent! Arrival and Joan was very helpful with any questions and also assisting us with booking our tickets with ZJJ national park including the Bailong elevator and Tianzi cable ride back and also the Huanglong cave and Grand Canyon! Trust her with the weather conditions! Location was close to some great food and 15min walk to the gate entrance to ZJJ park! Will definitely come back to this hotel as it was clean and the room was as new given make mentioned it was open just in March! The Bidet toilet was even better than the Japan ones!
