Too dark and too far, when I asked the owner about trip at zhang jia jie, she asked me back to check online while actually we can directly buy with her

Very nice place. I enjoyed it very much and even though it is in a residential area, it is very quiet at night. I had a peaceful night. The owner is also very nice. I would recommend it ! There are also nice restaurants nearby

I had a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional, and the staff was always attentive, friendly, and helpful. They made sure all my needs were met and went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. I highly recommend this place. 10/10

It was a nice clean room, Staff was cooperative, location is good.
Room was very small, didn't get the room which was shown in pictures
Things that need to be improved are beds that were noy soft they were a bit hard that's not suitable for me
Overall it was a nice stay 👍👍

The room was clean, the kitchen, bathroom and bedding were clean, and you could watch the cable car passing by from inside the hotel. It was convenient to eat and drink downstairs. The most noteworthy thing is that it was raining heavily at 8pm when we arrived in Zhangjiajie. The hotel arranged to pick us up. I was really touched. It was only a ten-minute walk, but they picked us up so late in the evening in such bad weather. I really appreciate it. The picture below shows us when we checked out. The room is four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is quite convenient.

The room is very clean. The boss does the cleaning himself. He is very nice and worth staying. It is very close to Tianmen Mountain and you can walk there.
