Yishu Yihua Inn (zhangjiajie national forest park Landmark Store)

Great location and hospitality. The place had everything I needed, and the front desk was able to help very well with booking our visits to the surrounding attractions. Additionally, the place had spectacular views.

Overall, I would say my stay at the inn was very good. When I checked in there were a couple of temporary staff that were fluent in English which made the process very smooth. They also were super knowledgeable about the Zhangjiajie area and made planning my day trips in Wulingyuan's national park entrance and even in Tianmenshan very easy with them booking all my tickets and giving suggestions for routes to take. It seems like the English fluent workers aren't always working so your mileage may vary. Regardless all the staff were super welcoming and kind to any questions or requests. The building does seem like its on the older side but it seems pretty well maintained and the pictures of the room do match. The only small issue I had was with the outlets. I had Type A ports and even though they were there, they didnt really go into the socket and I didnt want to risk breaking anything (my stuff or the outlet), but there were Type I outlets that worked fine and because I had a travel adapter there weren't any real issues for me.

I recommend this hotel without hesitation! I had such a great stay in this hotel The hosts are great and very very very helpful. We only stayed 2 days in Zhangjiajie and wanted to do so many things and we couldn’t organize correctly our trip but the host helped us to organise all the activities and gave us so much advice He also helped us to book tickets with some tips and discounts! The location is only at 20 minutes by walk from the Zhangjiajie National Park East Entrance The bedroom was great and we had a great landscape of Zhangjiajie from the breakfast room on the rooftop All the staff was really warm and welcoming Thank you a lot for the help and for the stay, my friends and I are really grateful!

For the price and location this is a nice place to rest up and recover after exploring the outdoors in the parks and attractions around the area. It's great value for the price. The breakfasts are solid and it has a nice common area on the first floor and roof that you normally would only find at a hostel. It has that hostel feel but while being a really friendly and great value hotel.

Great hotel with friendly stuff. They helped me to book shows and taxi. I highly recommend it.

Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Room has everything you need, clean and spacious = except no bath mat. Had to ask for it. Room decor has mixture of traditional Chinese and modern touches. Breakfast was very simple and the same every day. A bit more variety would be better. The rooftop view is wonderful, makes you feel like you are on a holiday! Location is about 10min walk to Xibu Street for restaurants, cafes, fruit & veges, local shops... it is a bit of a hike uphill to return to hotel but good exercise for the national park visits. Nevetheless, would recommend this hotel. Many tourists / foreigners stay here.
