I came as a family of 2, and the hotel managed to meet and exceed all of our needs. For the price paid, the amenities and the service staff managed to meet and exceed all of my family’s needs. The place is cozy and has a great view from the rooftop.
Navigating the national park of Zhangjiajie was challenging, especially when some of the internal shuttle bus routes were blocked due to the heavy rain in the previous week. Not only did the inn’s service staff help to book the tickets to the park and schedule the time of entry, they constantly provided daily recommendations of the viewing attractions based on the weather and availability of the shuttle bus. I managed to tick off everything I wanted to see on the trip to Zhangjiajie national park thanks to their help!
They also help to recommend local restaurants, and other attractions such as the Glass Bridge, yellow dragon cave, and baofeng lake.
The location is ideal as it’s close to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie National park, which is one of the more crowded entry gates. If you would like to avoid big crowds by entering the park early, I would highly recommend this place!
