房間挺好，也挺大，希望店家跟平台溝通好，該有什麼就有什麼，都是為了生活，都不容易，我就不説不好的了，離天門山也挺近，附近吃的也挺多，附近超市買東西。一定要自己結算好，

公寓在一棟大廈裏，有很多公寓。房間設施基本還可以。房間裏有一盞燈關不了，影響睡眠。房內沒有備蚊香，半夜蚊子叮。好像樓上的人一整夜沒睡覺，電視聲音開得很大。隔音效果不好。一晚上的睡眠非常不好，總共才睡着三到四個小時。不太愉快的一次住宿體驗。優點就是離車站近。

老闆娘人很好，特別耐心，特意定了個空氣、風景最好的房間，退房後把行李放在前台很久也沒收費，非常好的一次體驗，下次去張家界還會定這家，價格也非常划算，朋友去張家界也會介紹的這家。

位置不好找 老闆不太願意接待網上平台的客户。可能因為平台價格的問題，老闆説自己吃虧了，不划算。登記證件時候，一直在抱怨。我想説你既然願意接，就好好服務。覺得價格低，你可以關掉網上服務。總體來説，差評！

酒店整體舒適乾淨，但入住的體驗感不好，我們入住時是當地氣温最低的時候，因為變天的緣故，當時室外温度衹有14度左右，入住的酒店房間當時開窗換氣，房間非常冷，我們要開空調取暖找不到遙控器，服務人員説空調遙控器在他們手裡，因為酒店做活動很便宜，所以要開空調得加20元錢，不然就不給遙控器，後來經過協商給加十元錢，才把遙控器給我們，這一體驗非常不好，當天因為初次到這個城市，就忍下了，第二天找了別家客棧，比這家便宜很多，還空調隨便用，沒有比較就沒有傷害，唉😒
