This is a beautifully decorated hotel. We got lost on our way as Trip does not pick up the name listed and were dropped off 7 minutes away by our Didi driver. We called them and despite some language difficulties, they came to pick us up to our immense relief. It is 7 minutes from the Zhangjiajie West Railway Station, which is the reason I booked it. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of sandflies in our bathroom though, on the window sill and toilet seat, not sure where they came from.

10/10 – A Charming Stay with Character
This inn was an absolute gem! The interior had such a unique and charming character—it truly stood out and made the stay feel special. Its location was perfect, just a short walk from the 72-Wonders.
From the moment we arrived, the hostess made us feel right at home. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her recommendations for places to eat were spot-on. Thanks to her, we discovered some amazing local spots we would’ve otherwise missed.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy, memorable place with personality and great hospitality!

Awesome location which is very near to the railway station, approx 10mins drive. Very good if u are running back and forth to a location nearby for a day trip. The boss was very nice and warming! They allow to changes and even brought me to go view + pick a room I like. Got myself a pretty princess alike room and it’s huge! There is a big balcony and view was good. If there is anything u are unsure, they are always around to help. Oh aside from that, they even can assist to call for a in room massage and the lady that can is really good, cures all the aching!

My stay at ZhangJiaJie WuLing Spring in Hotel - as nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness by the staff, who made me feel right at home. The hotel has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud.
The location was perfect for exploring the area and very neat 720lu/ TianMen Shan. The hotel is close to local transport (ZhangJiaJie National Forest Park, GrandHayon / railway stations) making it super convenient sight seeing. After a day of adventure, coming back to the hotel’s relaxing ambiance was such a treat.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was helping me plan my day or simply sharing a smile, their hospitality made the stay unforgettable.
I highly recommend ZhangJiaJie Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine care. I can’t wait to return! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The stay was great. It is very close to 72 Qilou and the night view is stunning. The owners were very friendly and helped us book tickets to Tianmen Mountain. I definitely recommend staying here.
