The concierge service was amazing. They were all very helpful, in particular Ivan, and spent time giving us sound advice on where to go, timing etc and also helped us book entrance tickets since we are here on our own, without a tour guide/ group.

Good hotel within the wulingyuan area. Close to some attraction site and a short walk away from the shops in the area. Breakfast offered an egg station though with small selection.

Very good place very helpful staff, clean room. I would just recommend to have breakfast starting at 6am so that people have enough time before heading to the park that opens at 7am.

Lovely place to stay. Wonderful and central with bustling night markets along the street. The lights are amazing and bring the place alive. Pullman staff were amazing especially front desk staff and Mark who kindly showed us to our room and was super helpful. We will be recommending this place to our friends. We wished we had come here first as we left a day earlier from a previous booking/accommodation and were so happy to arrive at the Pullman. Great pool but we didn't have time to try it out. Excellent massage place on-site with good prices. Also a great little shop on site where we even bought an extra suitcase. Thank you and we hope to come back someday. 😊

My stay at Pullman Zhangjiajie was a memorable blend of comfort, luxury, and breathtaking scenery. Nestled near the entrance to Wulingyuan Scenic Area, the hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the stunning sandstone peaks and glass bridges that make this region famous.
Pullman Zhangjiajie delivers on location, comfort, and hospitality. If they improve their food services, it would be near perfect. Still, for travelers focused on nature and relaxation, it’s a fantastic choice.

Pullman Zhangjiajie is a great hotel. Well situated, close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park.
Friendly staff, with most speaking English. Our room was large and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. We had the best foot massage we've had since arriving in China (6 years ago), and we've had many, many foot massages 🙂. The breakfast buffet is extensive and plentiful. The swimming pool is really big and beautiful. This was our second stay at the Pullman, and we would stay there again.
Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Pullman Hotel is located next to 魅力湘西大劇院.
Hotel has swimming pool and gym. Room is clean with comfortable beds and nice view of the mountains. Room has openable balcony. Pleasant environment. Many restaurants opposite the hotel.
Front Office Manager Lee is very nice person and will try his best to fulfil guests’ needs. Excellent service from Manager Lee.
I have enjoyed my stay at Pullman Zhangjiajie and will definitely come back to stay again.

The Pullman Hotel in Zhangjiajie is very nice and we had really great room. Everything is clean and people are friendly. The language barrier is something to consider as only selected people can speak English. Something to improve is that you might expect a bit more explanation for what is possible and how the hotel with all the opportunities as such works. Great is that the national forest park is very near and also a great theatre with a local performance.

The service staff at the front desk are not very welcoming, they just stand there in the hall. The hotel room itself is ok, we can see the dust in the bathroom, especially at the bath tub, the location is very good, very near the zhangjiajie national park, there are many group guest and tourist buses in this hotel, if you are look for quiet place, maybe seek another option.
