The location of this hotel is great! A 3 minute drive (or short walk) and you are at the cableway for Tianmen Mountain. Just outside of the hotel doors are several good Chinese restaurants and smaller convenience stores. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice too.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport but the signage needs to be upgraded and maybe written in English for foreign tourists. The hotel is located in the corner of a ***** mall and my taxi driver had trouble finding it. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I did not eat breakfast at hotel so I can’t comment on it. The front desk is helpful. The general condition of the hotel is misleading because the hallways and elevators give the impression that the hotel is old and run down but it is not. The rooms are good. There are a couple of grocery stores close to the hotel. Western food spots like Kfc, Starbucks, McDonald’s, and Pizza Hut can deliver to the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable, the environment is good, and the service is excellent. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come to Zhangjiajie.

A very cost-effective hotel. The hotel is well decorated and very close to the train station. You can hear the sound of trains passing by, but it doesn't affect your sleep much when you sit out the window.

The front desk service of the hotel is good, the service staff are enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help. The hotel environment is comfortable, clean and tidy, and the price/performance ratio is very high!
