The room was very comfortable and clean.
The boss speaks very good English and helped us buy tickets for Tianmen mountain for a cheaper price.
The hotel is also located very near the cable car station, which is super convenient.

The location is great with several restaurants being around and the cable car station being 5 minutes away.

We love this hotel, host is very energetic and smiley guy. She really need to help and advice a good thing around this area.

The hotel is located in a folkloric area full of restaurants and very close to the Tianmen Mountain main cable car station (5' walking). The structure is a little old with rooms not particularly spacious but very clean and furnished with the essentials. What made our experience absolutely great was the kindness and the efficency of the lady menager who went well beyond her duties helping us out with tickets and reservations to all the attractions we wanted to visit. She spoke a very good English and for us foreigners travelling through China this was a great plus!!! Absolutely recommended !

Such a great place to stay in Zhangjiajie. Located just few minutes away from the cableway and lots of restaurants. Owners are amazing, they can book for you discounted tickets for the Tianmen mountain and explain about all the options. It's very clean. I definitely recommend.

Clean, nice location, nice utilities, and helpful reception.
If you have some questions, lady in reception was very very helpful, however the guy was not unfortunately so helpful, I had question on the morning and to verify for transportation to national park town. he said to me I needed to book hotel there via their reference for free shuttle, since I didn’t do that, there were not any other public bus option to go there (but there is public bus and reception lady mentioned that previous day…)

Very close Tianmen cableway and lots of halal food for Muslim travellers. 10mins drive away from city center. Only inconvenience would be rooms do not have proper desk or chair. Maybe other room types may have them. It’s good for price paid. Very friendly reception and her husband who offered to help with my luggage to 4th floor. The hotel does not have elevator.
