Absolutely loved our stay, all the staff we met were consistently friendly and helpful. Our room was very big, designed well, clean and new. Shower pressure was great. Location is amazing as you can enter tianmen mountain just across the road. Breakfast was the best we have had in all the hotels we have stayed at so far in China. Also the free congee and snacks, and herbal foot bath in the evening was an extra delight.

This hotel is the best location for going to Tianmen Mountain. Just walking distance from the cable station to Tianmen mt (if you take line A or return to the station via line B). The staff at the concierge are very helpful, quick check in and provided even a bedrail for our doublebed once they heard kids are staying. They even let us keep our luggage overnight after checkout as we went to Furong ancient town. Laundry was even allowed to be washed after we checked out. Seems like once a guest of Hampton, always is. We were very warmly welcomed. Aunty阿丹was very helpful too, providing a supper snack of millet porridge and welcome gift of snacks.

I’m very impressed with this hotel. The laundry room has commercial-sized washers and dryers, with an attendant who helps unload and get your clothes dried. Breakfast is tasty, with a wider selection than most hotels. In the evening, they even serve a lovely warm dessert and provide a foot-soak bucket with Chinese herbal soaks.

Room is clean and location is just opposite the Tianmen Mountain entrance. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and convenient shops around hotel. Receptionist are very helpful. Breakfast is delicious with large varieties from western to Asian foods. The central air conditioning system not working properly. S

Location is very near to Tianmen cableway. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good and have varieties of food. Highly recommended to stay here if you plan to visit Tianmen Mountain.

Luxurious hotel. Good location that is near tianmen mountain ropeway. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was the best among all the hotels I have been to in China thus far. Near to great restaurants. There are dumbbells in the fitness area. What more can I ask?
