The hotel's hot water and air conditioning are also great, I will come again next time!

I called several times but no one answered. I shouted a few times before the girl came out of a room and said: There is no breakfast today. We booked a room with breakfast included. The scary thing was that the girl said that breakfast was free and not included in the accommodation fee. She told him to find the boss, otherwise we would complain. Then the girl called the boss and heard him say impatiently that we should just order takeout. Isn't that scary? That wouldn’t work, so we asked for a refund for breakfast, and after much trouble they agreed to refund us 20 yuan for the meal. This hotel is too shady. I hope the platform will strengthen its management. Friends who choose this hotel must be careful because it is a shady shop. It damages the image of Zhangjiajie Hotel.

They gave us a room with two beds and we asked to change it to one bed because we were coming with our baby. They gave it to us quickly and before time but the change was horrible because the bed was very hard! And when we realized they couldn't change our room because they told us it was full. We didn't like the breakfast because there was little variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us breakfast for free one day and gave us water, in addition to having a good location.

The hotel is very unique. It resembles the Tujia architectural style. The room is very clean and tidy, with a balcony and good ventilation in summer. The only drawback is that it is too remote and parking by car is not very convenient.
