We booked a Mountain View king room. Upon arrival, we reminded checkin reception that our room must have Mountain View’s, which we were assured it was.
Sadly, our room faced a building and I called to complain about .
5 mins later, a lady called my room and rudely asked which platform I booked from because they DO NOT have Mountain View rooms and I was misled.
I was shocked when she then hung up on my while I explained that it was clearly stated on Trip.com website.
A few phone calls later , about 40 mins after our checkin, another receptionist came to my room and said she found me a Mountain View room and we moved!
Why waste precious time when they could have given me my room at checkin, especially when I reminded them?
2) Why did that lady call me and lie blatantly that there were NO Mountain View rooms?

Room big, nice hotel, walking to science area.
At night you can shopping2 infront hotel,
The hotel staff very helpful, i n husband need medicine he help us to order online.
The price is value for money, with the room condition and hotel.

Locally, it is the best hotel I would recommend. Comfortable room, breakfast is excellent more choices for the food or drinks. Front desk service is fast and very warm welcome. I remember the boy named Allison. Thank you so much.
Only things can be improved, that's gym facility.

We really liked our stay there . The hotel is super big, the room was big and clean , good service. Not much options for western breakfast but it’s standard situation in China. Location very good as well .

The hotel provided tours which are cheaper than other online providers. I should've just the hotel directly. Some tips for those who are travelling to Zhangjiajie - check with your hotel if they can assist with hotel and get quotes!

We had a nice stay and booked some additional nights. Room we switched sometimes and Luna was a great help to accommodate that. We switched for a better view. Our original room was facing the big road. Breakfast was really busy, we stayed during Oct holiday but there should be at least a seat for everyone. Could be managed better during these peak moments. Walk to mountain gate was around 15 minutes. Overall good stay here!
