Superb for familees! Many Singaporeans family stay here. Chan brothers, ASA tours, SA tours all use this hotel. I had a complimentary upgrade with balcony view!! so nice of the hotel staff!

Excellent hotel room at a great location that is within the walking distance from the park entrance or a short taxi ride away. Very friendly staff from the memont of arriving until checking out! I was able to store my luggage after checking out.

Nice hotel and good breakfast, but we had a long discussion with the front desk as they did not want to give us the pre booked Mountain View room which we paid a lot of money for. After long time they gave us the rooms bit with different beds then we booked. Luckily we had a Chinese friend with us as the staff could not speak English. The staff was also not helpful with asking them about the tour trough the mountain park.

Fantastic location. Better than expected. Just 15 minutes walking away from East gate to Zhangjiajie national forest. Convenient breakfast. Delicious food. We used swimming pool. Good facilities. The horrible thing is than hotel staff is unable to cotrol guests and guarantee that it would be non smoking hotel. I would asume that hotel even tolerates smoking in coridors, restrooms of the hotel because there are ashtreys everywhwere.

Let’s start with the positive. The room was clean. Overall the hotel was clean but all facilities were closed. Chinese and halal restaurant were closed. Hot breakfast was cold. The pool only opens at 3pm . Finally, of course this is not a must when booking a hotel but the team was not helpful when it comes to explaining the national park and just wanted to sell tickets. Location is good l, ca 20min walking from the east gate.
