Spent 2 nights here and had a good stay, we slept really well thanks to the comfy mattress and the quiet location. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. To get hot water and heating on AC takes a bit of time. Staff doesn’t speak English but was helpful. Many food options nearby. Bus from the west railway station or from Zhangjiajie park stops nearby.

I recently stayed at luyao Inn and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with booking local sightseeing and providing great recommendations. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout our stay.

It’s a very basic hotel. Good for a night only. Location is the best if you want to visit Tianmen Mountain (it’s right on the cable service line). Small rooms and hard mattress.

very friendly staff who waited for us to arrive late at night. room is very homely however squeezy. as we are travelling with 2 big luggage, we had difficulties opening them up. the inn is located opposite tianmen mountain cablecar so its very convenient. there are many food stalls around however do note that it does not open till late. very easy to get a didi from the main road thats 2-3 minutes walk out from the inn.

This hotel was amazing! The location is ideal—close to everything, making it super easy to explore. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, even booking all my reservations for me. They made sure I had everything I needed and went out of their way to accommodate any requests.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a friendly and convenient place!
