5 star service with a 3 star price
Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Good hair dryer, and front staff. Very is very nice . One huge plus is free snacks daily.
The owner trained the staff very well and made sure the staff above and beyond .

A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good rooms. The afternoon tea was lovely and the view from the dining/open area was great. The laundry service was very helpful. We stayed in one of the "sunshine rooms" that apparently had a mountain view, unfortunately it didn't. The carpet of the room was also rather dirty/stained. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The hotel is amazing! Clean and spacious room at a great location in Zhangjiajie. The hotel staff were amazing and helpful when needed. I highly recommend staying at this hotel :)

I loved my stay at this hotel. The service of the staff is excellent. Even though I don‘t speak Chinese we were able to communicate with each other with my translation app. They also helped me with figuring out where to go to see the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain.
The breakfast is a combination of buffet style with a meal. It was very delicious and the view from the breakfast area is breathtaking.
The bed was very comfortable and cozy with the pillows.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to Zhangjiajie, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
