Had an amazing time here in Wulingyuan. The staff was really friendly and gave me a lot of tips. There is also a discount available if you want to buy tickets for the national park.
The room is really clean and the bed is comfortable.
I will go there again!

Very authentic Chinese accommodation. Very clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom not perfect but functional and clean. Excellent support from staff on planning visit to the national park and arranging tickets and reservations. Happy friendly place to stay. Places nearby to eat and short distance to walk to the east gate of national park. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I really had a nice time and sleep here. The staff was very very helpful. The room was comfortable, and it was on my budget. Although the location is far away from east gate, it takes you almost 30 minutes by walk to the zhangjiajie national park east gate, instead you can order didi.

The front desk was very helpful and very nice. Good service. They helped us make a plan for the trip and helped us book tickets for the attractions and have lots of great advice for travelling around. Very clean as well. Overall just a lovely place, sometimes they have a guy who translates over so it is easier to communicate.

The hotel is nice, located in a narrow street with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It’s around 2km from the west gate entrance of the Zhangjiajie National Park. The owners, a young Chinese couple, are very nice and welcoming especially if you speak Chinese! For the quality and price is highly recommended!

Nice park but overtourism. It’s ‘well organized’ with plenty of buses but it’s overcrowded and it loses its charm because of that. Also it’s expensive (30€) while the whole park looks similar, no need to do all the parts.

My bestie and I stayed for 4days in this hotel. People who are working in here are really good and kind behavior. Room was really nice interior design and comfortable. Service is so quickly and heartwarming. Hotel location is a little bit distanced from the activities but it is okay. We were always walking. It is more quiet and peaceful in my opinion. ❤️
I would highly recommend this hotel if you visit first time in zhangjiajie with your family and friends. They were introduced the activities and made a plan for all day trip for us. It’s really helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
