Wally is very helpful & help us plan our entire 4 day trip at Wulingyuan. He help us purchase the entry ticket at a big discount for the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.
The hotel location is very good, just 10 mins walk to 东门 of ZZJ National Forest Park. There is a night market every night just outside the hostel. Plenty of street food, bbq & local delights. Highly recommend for budget travellers. The washing machines a bit old & overused & located at the attic, need to climb a ladder up.

Very nice location, walking distance from the amazing national park. The host was super friendly and helped a lot with the daily planning of trips through the park and elsewhere. The friendliness of him made the whole stay even more enjoyable! The room I had was also nice, like in the pictures on the website. Towels, hair dryer, toilet paper and shower gel were provided.

Great room, great bedding, good bathroom, very quiet, nightmarket infront with lots foodchoices and 10 minutes walk to national park. Helpfull owner, he speaks English fairly well, can explain about all attractions. Can arrange discounted tickets.

Hostel is very nice and give an information to go sightseeing at Wulingyuan. Here is located in save place and calm. You can take a walk not to far from the hostel to Wulingyuan.

We stayed 5 nights here. The owner would explain the routes to take for each of the attractions in Zhangjiajie on the night before. He also explained what type of transport tickets (cable cars / elevator) to buy depending on our needs.
The location of the place is convenient as it is within walking distance to the east entrance of the national park. Furthermore, there are a lot of street food stalls in the evening nearby.
The owner also assisted in arranging Didi and paid on our behalf first to Grand Canyon and also the train station when we left the place.

Travelled with family.
Excellent location, within 5min walking distance from east gate entrance. Plenty of restaurants, sundry shops and a bustling night market nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable with adequate amenities.
Wally was most helpful in guiding us with the bewildering maps of Zhangjiajie park and Tianmenshan; in fact he even kindly brought us to the Tianmenshan cable car station in his car!
Bonus: Toro the friendly Labrador!
