The service was good with our early arrival. There was no problem with an early check-in as the staff were very helpful. The room otherwise was nice!

I found and killed a cockroach in my room. There was no one at the front desk when I tried to ask for a different room. I could not sign up for WeChat so I tried to contact them with AliPay but did not get a response. They refunded me the rest of my stay but did not refund me for that first night when I found the cockroach. Some other beetle like insect showed up after too.

Could be cleaner and the beds are very hard. Planes fly directly over the hotel and the windows are not really tight. Otherwise location is good and drinking water is provided every day.

The room is very big. It’s only a ten-minute walk to the scenic spots. It’s also very convenient to buy and eat downstairs. The view outside the window is amazing. Tianmen Mountain is opposite. This is the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed in in Zhangjiajie.
